We use a secret recipe shared with our partners at La Farm Bakery in Cary North Carolina to produce an amazing Italian roll with just the right amount of soft stretchy bread on the inside and wonderful crunchy outer. Nothing beats fresh-baked and European flours!

If you have never heard of Di Bruno Bros, they are a Philadelphia staple and have some of the best cheeses on earth! This is where we source our Stravecchio provolone.

Back home in Philadelphia, we had local sodas that went perfectly with steak sandwiches, and down here in the Carolinas Boylan's adds the same local vibe and interesting flavors made with pure can sugar and bottled in glass like back in the day! We love em'!
