“Our mission is to bring the authentic Philadelphia cheesesteak to Raleigh, NC, using fresh, high-quality ingredients like hand-shaved prime ribeye, aged provolone cheese, and locally baked rolls using the same ingredients and methods used by the top bakeries in Philadelphia. Our roots go deep with this classic sandwich from the city of brotherly LOVE, so to all of you who crave it here in NC but can't ever seem to find the real thing - HERE IT IS!!!”
